1 1/2 c cooked noodles -wide egg noodles
1/3 c diced onions
1/2 - 1 c. frozen peas and carrots
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp flour
1 1/3 c milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tuna- drained
2 c crushed potato chips
grated cheese if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain noodles according to package directions. Add onions to hot oil in large frying pan and brown. Add flour and stir, add milk and soup, mix well. Next add drained tuna, peas, and mix in the noodles last. I also like to stir in some grated cheese. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
