4 c water
1 c shredded carrots
1 c diced celery
2 c small cubed potatoes
1 med. onion
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (10 oz) frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz) frozen cauliflower
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook water, shredded carrots, diced celery, potatoes, onion, and bouillon cubes for 15 minutes. Then add frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Cook 15 minutes. Then add 2 cans cream of chicken soup and cheese. Heat through and serve.
