Ingredients:
1-1/2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
3 T. butter
2 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper
2 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water. Drain. While macaroni cooks, prepare cheese sauce. Melt butter in large covered dish in microwave. Add flour, salt, and pepper and blend well. Add milk and stir well. Mixture may be clumpy. Cook in microwave 2 minutes and stir. Continue to cook and stir until mixture is bubbly. This bubbles over easily, so use a large dish and stir often. Add cheese and cook 1-2 minutes more to melt cheese. Stir sauce to finish melting cheese. Add macaroni to cheese sauce and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
