Ingredients:
5 or 6 potatoes
1/8 c chopped onion
pinch of dry parsley
1 c half & half
1 c milk
1/3 to 1 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 c margarine

Directions:
Dice potatoes and put in pan of water (just barely cover potatoes with water because you won't drain if off.) Cook with bouillon cube, salt, and onion for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Make sauce in separate pan by mixing half & half, milk, flour, salt and margarine. Cook ingredients for sauce together slowly over low heat or in double boiler, stirring every 30 seconds until thick. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Add any extras you may want like shredded cheese, ham chunks, chopped - cooked broccoli, bacon bits.
