1 1/2 tsp yeast
3/4 c warm water
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
4 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 to 3 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet. Dissolve yeast in water, blend egg and oil. Sift together flour, sugar, and salt. Add flour mixture and stir to form soft dough. Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Form pretzel shapes. Using pastry brush, lightly brush tops of pretzels with canned milk or butter. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.
