1 lb. frozen chicken tenders
1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. carton fat free sour cream
1 to 1/2 package Lipton dry onion soup mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Put frozen chicken in bottom of crock pot. Mix soup, sour cream, onion soup mix and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
