1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can peas and carrots (diced)
2 chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth or bouillon cubes
2 pie crusts (or uses basic pie crust recipe and add a dash of oregano)

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken breasts in pot and cover with water or chicken broth. If you use water, add 3 bouillon cubes. Boil until the chicken is cooked through. Cut or shred chicken and place in mixing bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Place 1 pie crust into pie plate. Add filling and cover with second pie crust. Crimp edges and cut steam holes in top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the filling seems to be bubbling. Then turn on the broiler for 3 minutes to brown top of pie crust.
