2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. melted fat
1 c. corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Stir milk into beaten eggs. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and beat into egg mixture. Beat in melted fat. Add corn. Drop in hot fat by tablespoon. Apple and Banana fritters are prepared same as above with apple slices or banana quarters
