1 Tbsp. oil
1 cooked chicken
1/2 C. celery; diced
1/2 C. onion: diced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 C. sour cream
1 1/2 C. chicken stock
2 small cans of diced green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion and celeryfor 5 minutes in oil.
2. Add chicken, green chiles,sour cream,chicken stock and mix.
3. Crush tortilla chips by handfuls until mixture binds together.
4. Add in cheese. Heat on low until melted & hot throughout.
