Pie crusts- double recipe
Tart apples
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c each chopped dates and walnuts
2 tsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough in an oblong shape or use round ready-made dough rounds. Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon. Add dates, walnuts, flour, and mix well. Place mixture in center of dough and seal in the middle. Bake at 350 for approx. 50 minutes or until golden brown.
