1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
4/5 c. rhubarb
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until thick, rhubarb, water, white sugar, cornstarch and vanilla.
Blend flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon. Place 1/2 of mixture in the bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Spread rhubarb mixture on top and add remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350
