Meatballs:

1 pound hamburger salt & peppered
1 egg (beaten)
cup onion
3/16 Tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. ginger
tsp. cornstarch
cup milk

mix above ingredients together. Form meatballs and place them on a cookie sheet in the oven for about 20 minutes @ 350 degrees.

Gravy:

1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup. Mix with one can of water and mix it all together in a dish and bake in the oven for about half an hour.
