37 saltine cracker squares
1 C butter
3/4 C sugar
2 C semisweet chocolate chips
1 square white baking chocolate
1 tsp shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Place crackers on a foil lined baking/cookie sheet. In sauce pan bring butter and sugar to a boil. Simmer uncovered 5-6 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake 3-5 minutes longer and spread melted chips over all crackers. Melt white baking chocolate and shortening in a small pan until smoothe and drizzle over chocolate topping. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Refrigerates until completely cooled. Break up pieces just like toffee.
