6-8 potatoes diced and boiled until fork tender 6 T flour 6 T melted butter 3 C milk 1/2 pound velveeta cheese salt and pepper
Mix in a sauce pan over low heat milk, butter, flour until thick. Add 1/2 pound velveeta cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over drained potatoes and place in a casserole dish. Keep warm or reheat in casserole dish.
