2 garlic cloves 1 oz flat anchovies (the ones in the 2 oz jar) 1 1/2 black olive 3 T drained capers 1/2 tsp rosemary 1/2 tsp oregano 1/4 C olive oil (if you double this recipe don't double the oil) Black pepper to taste
Put in food processor until smooth. Serve warm or cold on crackers with shredded Parmesan cheese.
