1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter
3 large eggs
1 pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 16oz box powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix cake mix, 1 stick butter and 1 egg and press into the bottom of a 9X13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, vanilla, powdered sugar and 1 stick butter and spread on top of crust. Bake for 45 minutes.

A REALLY good variation is the make it with a german chocolate cake mix and when you make the filling add 1 C coconut flakes and 1 C pecans before you bake.
