2 lbs unshelled, uncooked shrimp, lobster or crab legs
6 ears sweet corn
1 lb polish sausage
8-10 small new potatoes
1 pkg shrimp boil mix (Witts)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak shrimp overnight or at least 2-3 hours in shrimp boil mix in refrigerator. Remove shrimp and place potatoes, sweet corn (cut into 2 inch chunks) and polish sausage(cut into 2 inch chunks) into the water in which the shrimp has been soaking. Add enough water to cover well. Be sure you remove shrimp while other ingredients are boiling. Reduce heat to slow boil until potatoes are done. Turn up heat to hard boil and add soaked shrimp. Cook 3-5 minutes. Drain and serve piping hot with a good horseradish sauce.
