9 large brown, or 12 medium white eggs
3 cans evaporated milk
3 cans water
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. corn starch
3 3/4 cups sugar
1 can condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well with mixer. Add evaporated milk, water, salt, cornstarch, and sugar. Mix well with mixer. Pour into large boiler (5 qt or larger) and cook on stove top on medium heat. Do not cover boiler. Stir constantly. When completely heated, add condensed milk, continuing to stir until mixture coats a spoon. Remove from heat and cool. Add vanilla flavoring and cool. Whip whipping cream and blend into ice cream. Ready to put in ice cream freezer and freeze.
