7-8 chunks of pineapple
1 banana
1 Cup (8 oz) plain yogurt (nonfat if you like)
1/2 Cup milk
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. coconut extract

Directions:
Directions:
Process all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add crushed ice if desired and blend for a Pina Colada Smoothie.

Strawberry-Banana Smoothie: Substitute 7-8 medium fresh or frozen strawberries for the pineapple and vanilla extract for the coconut extract.

Blueberry-Banana Smoothie: Substitute 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries for the pineapple and vanilla extract for the coconut extract.
