2 or more pounds of ground beef
1 Egg
5 T. Ketchup (divided) 3 T. go to the sauce
2 T. Prepared Mustard
1/2 C. Dry Bread Crumbs
2 T. Onion Soup Mix
1/4 tsp. Salt and Pepper

1/4 C. Sugar
2 T. Brown Sugar
2 T. Cider Vinegar

Cook at 350 for 50 minutes.
In a small bowl combine the sugars, vinegar, and remaining ketchup and drizzle over the meatloaf and cover for the last 10 minutes of cook time.
