1 head of ice berg lettuce 3- 4 cups of frozen Green Giant Peas 1/4 cup crisp chopped bacon 1/2 c green onions chopped 1 c sour cream 1 c mayonnaise Parmesan Cheese
Wash and chop and line a glass bowl with lettuce Pour 3-4 cups of peas into the lettuce. Gently mix in green onions and bacon. Mix together the sourcream and mayo and pour over and seal the top of the salad. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover tightly with Saran wrap. Chill for 24 hours.
