Ingredients: Crust: 8 T (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted & cooled to tepid 1 1/2 cups plus 3 T chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (such as Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers) 2 T sweetened flaked coconut
Topping Layer: 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts or (half almonds from Costco-black can) 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:Crust: Preheat oven to 350. Spray inside of a 9x9x2 pan with cooking spray. Pour melted butter into prepared pan. Combine cookie crumb and coconut and spread evenly in pan, pressing down with an offset spatula so that the crumbs absorb the butter. Bake crust layer in preheated oven for 4 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the chips in an even layer over crust, then add the coconut, and then top with nuts. Mix the vanilla into the sweetened condensed milk, and pour evenly over the entire pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. They will be light golden on top – do not over bake. Let stand until completely cool before cutting.
