4 oz. bittersweet chocolate bar
8 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
15 Tbsp. butter
C. flour
2 C. powder sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Spray 10 ramekins with Pam. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave (30 sec. intervals) or in a double broiler. Add the four and sugar to melted chocolate mixture. Stir in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Put C. batter into each ramekin. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 14 minutes. Edges should be firm, but center will be runny. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Run a knife around the cake to loosen and invert onto plate. Serve with ice cream.
