2 C. Shell Macaroni
1/4 each sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Provolone Cheese
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 (15 oz.) can diced-stewed tomatoes, drained
1 T. unsalted Butter
2 t. fresh Oregano

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and transfer to a 4-cup casserole dish. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
