1/2 cup light tasting olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
4 T. egg substitute
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tub of shredded Romano cheese
croutons (butter and garlic flavor)
1 package of Romaine lettuce, torn or chopped

Mix dressing ingredients well. Pour over Romaine lettuce and top with Romano cheese and croutons. Also great with grilled chicken!
