2 egg whites
2 tsp cold water
4 c whole almonds
3/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Beat egg whites and then add water and beat until frothy but not stiff. Add the nuts and stir until well coated. Mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon and sprinkle over nuts. Toss to coat and then spread out on cookie sheet. Bake one hour, stirring occasionally, until golden. Cool and then store nuts in air-tight container.

Don't over-cook these. This is a good recipe for walnuts and the other ingredients can be altered to your taste.
