6 lbs. short ribs
2 medium onions
2 T oil
4T lemon juice
2 cups water
1 tsp dry mustard
4 T cider vinegar
4 T brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup Heinz chili sauce
4 T worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Salt and pepper ribs and bake in a shallow roasting pan for one hour. Drain off fat. Brown onions in hot oil in skillet. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Pour on ribs and continue to bake for 4 to 5 hours.
