4 c sliced and peeled apples
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Mix these together:
1/3 c flour
1 c regular oats (not quick rolling)
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle lemon juice over apples and arrange in cake pan. Sprinkle topping mixture over apples. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender.
