1 c milk 1 c all-purpose flour 3 eggs 2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 425 and place popover or muffin pan in oven to warm up. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until bubbles form. Remove pan from oven and grease it. Pour in mixture to half full. Bake for 20 minutes and then reduce temp to 350, baking for another 20 minutes.
This is the best popover recipe I have ever tried and I have tried many!!
