1 1/3 c. veg. oil
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 lge. eggs
3-4 granny smith apples
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
nonstick spray with flour
jar of caramel sauce

Directions:

pre-heat oven 350
sift flour, cinnamon, soda, & salt together set aside
in a mixer with a paddle combine oil, sugar, & eggs
on high till lemon color. turn mixer on med. gradually shake dry ingred. in. core peel and cut apples into chunks add to mixture add nuts and last the vanilla pour in pan bake 75-90 minutes.
If bundt pan used let it cool on rack before turning it over slice and drizzle with caramel topping.
