In a Pan cook 1 C white rice with 2 C water 1/4 tsp salt. When rice is done add 1 qt milk 1 C raisins.
Cook and add bowl of other ingredients 3 beaten eggs, 1 1/4 C sugar, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 can evaporated milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.

Pat Stewart gave this one to me when we first moved to Washington. Really good in the winter as a evening snack. My favorite time to eat this is when it's still really warm.
