1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
8 oz sharp process American cheese shredded (2 cups)
1 T lemon juice
1/4 garlic powder
dash of red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 C finely chopped pecans
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Let stand at room temperture to soften. combine chesses, lemon juice, garlic powder, red pepper, beat with electric beater till light and fluffy. Stir in nuts. Shape in a roll 1 1/2" across. Sprinkle around the outside with mixture of chili powder and paprika. I wrap in plastic wrap to chill and store until ready to use. Chill Before serving. Let stand at room temperture 10 min slice and serve with crackers.
