2 1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 C Sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 C Apricot nector or Orange juice
3/4 C. Cooking Oil
4 tsp lemon txtract
4 Eggs

Glaze:
1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 C Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325. Greae and Flour 12 C fluted tube pan. In large bowl combine all cake ingredients. Blend on slow speed until all ingredients are moistened beat 3 min at med speed. Pour in pan. Bake 40-50 min till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Prick deeply every in with a fork. In a small bowl blend glaze till smooth. Spoon half of glaze mixture over hot cake in pan. Let stand 10 min invert on serving plate. Spoon rmeaining glaze over cake.
