2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion
1/2 med. green pepper
1/4 c. bbq sauce
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 16oz tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
cook beef and drained grease add onions & peppers. add chilli powder, worcestershire sauce, bbq sauce,& tomato sauce. simmer about 5-6 minutes. In seperate pan prepare rice when done add to meat mixture. stir well and serve.
