3 lb chicken wings 1/4 C flour 1/2 C corn starch 1 1/2 tsp Sugar 1 1/2 T Sesame seeds 2 T Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp accent dash of garlic salt 2 stalks of green onion chopped with green tops 2 eggs lightly beaten
Mix ingredients well in large bowl. Add chicken and marinate at least 3 hours. Overnight is best. Fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
