Ingredients:  
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
2/3 c. mashed bananas
3 tbsp. buttermilk
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, butter, & egg.
Mix all dry ingred. together add to mixture slowly.
Add milk & bananas last.
Grease loaf pan and bake 1 hour on 350
