1 c sugar
1/2 c Karo Corn Syrup
1/2 c water
1 c raw spanish peanuts
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 level tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Use heavy gauge aluminum pan. Turn burner to med./high setting. In the pan mix: 1 c sugar, 1/2 c Karo syrup, 1/2 c water. When mixture begins to boil add raw Spanish peanuts and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Cook the mixture until golden color and the peanuts smell roasted. Add 1 level tsp baking soda. (mixture will quickly bubble up to top of pan: make sure you are using a long handle spoon so not to get burned) mixture will lower back down and you will pour onto parchment paper or foil into small patties.
