2 Tbsp cornstarch
4 Tbsp cold water
1 c boiling water
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp
2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, cold water and boiling water. Cook until thickened. Put in refrigerator until completely cold. Beat 3 egg whites until thick. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix with cornstarch mixture. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
