Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box of jambalaya mix
1 can of spicy chili beans (or red beans if you have them instead)
1 polish kielbasa or sausage of some nature

Directions:
Directions:
Just make your jambalaya as directed. Chunk your sausage/kielbasa and throw in a large skillet on medium to get browned. After your jambalaya is done put it into the skillet with the sausage. Put the can of beans, juice and all into the skillet too and mix it all up. Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the top and put a lid on the skillet and heat at low until cheese is melted.

Personal Notes:
Since it's spicy I serve it with sour cream but it's great alone. I make Aldi's brand of Jiffy corn bread mix to go along with it.
