Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 small or 1 large zucchini diced (deseed your large one)
1 onion
4 large fresh tomatoes, 8 small fresh tomatoes, large can of stewed tomatoes or large can of diced tomatoes whichever you have on hand.
1 pound hamburger, ground deer or even ground pork
1 can of corn, 1 1/2 cups fresh sweet corn cut off the cob or 1 cup frozen corn (whatever you have on hand)
garlic salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry your ground meat with your diced onion and zucchini. Once your zucchini and onion are tender and of course your meat is browned add your tomatoes (if they are fresh then stew them first in another pot, peeling them once they've blanched and crushing them before adding them to the skillet) if they are canned just add them like they are. Once the tomatoes have broken down a bit add your corn and cook over medium heat until the flavors all blend and the consistency is to your liking. Add your garlic salt and pepper to taste.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Now you can add some things to make it your own if you like. Sometimes I add Italian seasoning and sprinkle it with mozzarella to make it more Italian. Sometimes I add a packet of taco seasoning, a can of black beans and shredded Mexican blend cheese to make it Mexican.
If you eat it like I have it above it's really good with cottage cheese and a slice of bread and butter.
