Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg egg roll wrappers
1 can refried beans
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion diced
taco seasoning
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry your beef and onions till onions are transparent. Add taco seasoning and refried beans to skillet with meat and make a paste. Take a wrapper and put a spoonful of paste in the center. Top with a small pinch of cheese. Roll up wrapper just like an eggroll. Heat your fryer and fry until wrapper is golden brown.
Keep in mind you don't need to cook these for a certain time, everything is already cooked, you're not going to be serving undercooked meat. Just fry until your desired brown-ness on the wrappers.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Serve with taco rice which comes in a pre made package or make your own by adding salsa to minute rice. Top with sour cream.
