Sourdough rolls purchased at your local bakery, the big one's for sandwiches
1 avocado
1 pkg bean sprouts or alfalfa is what i prefer
3 chicken breasts
3 slices swiss cheese
mayo
onion
tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Cut your rolls in half, lay the bottoms on a cookie sheet. Grill your chicken breasts with just grill seasoning on them. Slice your tomato and red onion. Top your rolls with your chicken breast and then with your swiss cheese. Put under the broiler just long enough to toast your buns and bubble your cheese. Top with sprouts, onions, tomato and spread tops with mayo.

Serve with a lettuce wedge topped with parmesan ranch dressing.

Serve these at a luncheon and you'll really impress the ladies.
