Ingredients:
Any kid of pasta you have, macaroni, ziti, penne...whatever you have!
1 pound ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 tub ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (you know the kind in the can you sprinkle on spaghetti)
1/2 onion
italian seasoning
garlic powder
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry your beef with onion and garlic. Add spaghetti sauce. In a separate bowl mix ricotta/cottage cheese, egg, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese about a table spoon italian seasoning. Boil your pasta and drain. Mix pasta and meat mixture. Put half of meat mixture in the bottom of a 9X13 inch casserole dish. Put the ricotta cheese mixture in spoonful's randomly across the top of the pasta meat mixture. Top with the rest of the pasta meat mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 until you can see it bubbling through the sides. Take off foil and brown under broiler until golden on top. Tastes just like lasagna.
Serve with salad and garlic/cheese toast.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I serve this a lot of times when I have a loaf of old bread that needs using. I butter the bread, put it on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with garlic salt and sprinkle with shredded cheese and italian seasoning and you've just used up your bread and saved the expense of garlic toast at the store!
