1-one pound 14oz bag of frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons seasoning salt

Mix the above ingredients in a large bowl and put into the bottom of your crock pot.

Brown your pork chops, however many you can get in your crock pot.

Place on top of potatoes.

Turn on high for 3 hours.

Take out pork chops and roll in seasoned bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet at 350 for 30 minutes or until the crumbs are crispy.

A variation I thought of also is if you put the potatoes in a casserole dish and sprinkled with those same bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter and put in the oven long enough to get a golden crunchy breading on top it would really be good too.
