1 lb elbow macaroni
16 oz shredded sharp cheddar
8 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 c milk
2 tbs flour
2 tbs butter

Boil pasta, drain and return to pan
Melt butter, add flour, stir in milk
Toss pasta with 8 oz cheddar & 8 oz Parmesan.
Stir in milk mixture.
Butter baking dish, cover bottom with sharp cheese. Pour macaroni into dish and top with remaining cheese.

Bake 375 for 45 min
