2 3oz. pkg. Ramen Beef Noodles
2 8oz. pkg. cole slaw mix
1 cup. sliced toasted almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch green onions, chopped (use tops)
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup veg. oil
1/3 cup white vinegar

Remove flavor packet from ramen noodle mix and set aside. Crush noodles in a large bowl and top with the slaw mixes. Sprinkle with nuts and green onions.

VINAIGRETTE
whisk together the flavor packets, sugar, oil and vinegar. Pour over slaw and cover and chill at least for 2 nights. Serve cold
