- 1 Can of tuna
- Chopped Roma tomato
- Chopped 1/2 English cucumber
- Chopped 1/2 Avocado
-Lime
-2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp chopped onion (optional)
- 2 tbsp minced cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss canned tuna with tomato, cucumber, avocado, onion, and cilantro. Add 2 tbsp ketchup and 1/2 a lime (makes a tangy sauce). Toss some more to mix ingredients and sauce well.

Great with crakers or tortilla chips. Also good in a sandwich for lunch.

You can substitute canned tuna with shrimp or just make it with the different fruits and vegetables for a vegetarian dip.
