BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD Recipe

3 crowns of broccoli - pieces, uncooked
1/2 c. of raisins
1/3 c. sunflower seeds
1 small red onion, chopped
8-16 oz. bacon - cooked + chopped



Dressing:
1 c mayo
2 T cider vinegar
1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop stems and flowerettes of broccoli. Place in bowl with chopped onion. Mix dressing ingredients together with broccoli and onion. Add desired amount of dressing. Refrigerate for several hrs. Just before serving, mix in the bacon, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
