DRESSING:
1/2 c salad oil
3 T Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp salt




SALAD:
4 c lettuce ( red leaf & butter lettuce)
1 pear, (cored, chopped or sliced)
1/4 c toasted walnut pieces
2 oz crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shake first 5 ingredients until well blended. Microwave to dissolve and refrigerate overnight.

Mix lettuce and blue cheese. Add pear, walnuts, dressing right before served.
