6 eggs separated 1 c. sugar 3 c. milk 1 c. heavy cream 3/4 tsp. salt
Beat egg yolks gradually add sugar continue beating until light and fluffy slowly add milk and cream chill. Just before serving beat egg whites and salt until stiff fold in mixture. Sprinkle in nutmeg.
